Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks to guarantee on-time delivery and meet quality benchmarks
• Complete project deliverables in accordance with stakeholder requirements
• Manage project scope by maintaining effective requirements traceability
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to sustain alignment and transparency
• Negotiate project conditions and resolve disputes among involved parties
• Adjust project schedules based on changing business and project needs
• Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices within projects
• Break down project scope into clear tasks and key milestones
• Supervise budget and cost control to maximize resource efficiency
• Work closely with product management and business analysis teams to align objectives
• Maintain discipline and motivation to achieve project goals autonomously
• Support partnership initiatives to enhance project outcomes
• Track operational, financial, and strategic factors influencing projects

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles
• Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams and delivery workflows
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule
• In-depth understanding of software engineering methodologies and principles
• Flexibility to manage changes and uncertainty effectively
• Strong negotiation abilities to handle conflicts and reach agreements
• Experience managing backlogs and collaborating on business and functional requirements
• Comprehension of operational, financial, and strategic organizational factors
• Capability to coordinate efficiently with technical teams
• Self-driven with the discipline to work independently
• Excellent skills in managing stakeholders
• Experience overseeing budgets and cost management
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
