Responsibilities

- Supervise budget and cost control to maximize resource efficiency
- Work closely with product management and business analysis teams to align objectives

- Support partnership initiatives to enhance project outcomes
- Track operational, financial, and strategic factors influencing projects
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles
- Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams and delivery workflows
- Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule
- In-depth understanding of software engineering methodologies and principles
- Flexibility to manage changes and uncertainty effectively
- Strong negotiation abilities to handle conflicts and reach agreements
- Experience managing backlogs and collaborating on business and functional requirements
- Comprehension of operational, financial, and strategic organizational factors
- Capability to coordinate efficiently with technical teams
- Self-driven with the discipline to work independently
- Excellent skills in managing stakeholders
- Experience overseeing budgets and cost management
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
