Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to quality criteria
• Complete project deliverables to satisfy stakeholder requirements
• Control project scope using efficient requirements traceability processes
• Communicate with stakeholders to sustain transparency and project alignment
• Resolve disputes and negotiate agreements among project participants
• Adjust project strategies according to changing business and project needs
• Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices
• Break down project scope into achievable tasks and key milestones
• Supervise budget and cost controls to maximize resource efficiency
• Work jointly with product management and business analysis to synchronize project objectives
• Maintain self-motivation and discipline to fulfill project goals independently
• Promote partnership building to enhance project outcomes
• Track operational, financial, and strategic factors influencing projects

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles
• Proven leadership capabilities in team and delivery management
• Demonstrated success in on-time project completion
• Understanding of software engineering methodologies and principles
• Ability to adapt effectively to change and uncertainty
• Strong negotiation skills for conflict resolution and compromise achievement
• Experience in backlog handling and working with business and functional requirements
• Knowledge of organizational operational, financial, and strategic dynamics
• Competence in coordinating with technical teams
• Self-driven and disciplined to work autonomously
• Skills in stakeholder management
• Experience in managing budgets and costs
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
