We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), and fulfillment operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, system integration, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in defining and executing the roadmap for our proprietary logistics platform, ensuring smooth rollout and integration across multiple warehouses. Your mission: to transform complex warehouse flows into scalable, efficient digital solutions that support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Professional Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or omnichannel fulfillment environments.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Understanding of API integrations, data exchange formats (JSON, REST), and microservice architecture is a strong plus.
- Min 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Implementation Lead, preferably in the logistics or fulfillment domain.
- Ability to define rollout strategies for enterprise products in multi-site environments is a must.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex operational needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GSuite, Slack, and Figma
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across warehouse sites and implementation projects (EU, UK, and the GCC region) is a must.
- Fluent English required
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfillment operations, and supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Experience with system integration projects is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) for logistics, warehouse management capabilities, and billing processes.
- Prioritize features based on business value, operational impact, and technical dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, development, data security) to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Build and communicate a clear rollout strategy for deploying the WMS into new or existing warehouse sites.
- Ensure the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the defined product vision, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Integration & Implementation
- Lead the rollout of our own logistics and warehouse management product to partner warehouse sites, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with their operational flows.
- Ensure that all required reports, dashboards, and performance metrics are configured and delivered to support both internal and partner operational visibility.
- Act as the key point of contact for integration design, configuration, and testing during each rollout phase.
- Support local operations and partner teams during onboarding, user acceptance testing, and go-live, ensuring a stable and well-documented implementation process.
Operational Excellence
- Analyze warehouse processes to identify optimization opportunities for inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns flows.
- Act as a bridge between operations and technology, ensuring the product supports real-life logistics challenges.
- Develop documentation, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistent implementation across all locations.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, collect feedback, and communicate progress.
- Provide training and functional support for key users during go-live and post-launch stabilization.
- Represent the logistics product line in steering committees and roadmap planning sessions.

For this position we offer an attractive and performance-related gross monthly salary, which is based on professional experience and existing qualifications. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2.663,50 gross per month on a full-time basis.
