The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Service Product Business Analyst & Data Owner to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.
As a Service Product Business Analyst & Data Owner, your main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing strong, dynamic, and efficient systems and data frameworks to meet internal and external customer expectations and drive business growth.
- Coordinating all system integrations and development activities.
- Managing data products and delivering actionable business insights.
- Identifying process gaps, managing disruptions, and coordinating required corrective measures.
- Collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational requirements and strategic objectives.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of data governance and service processes.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Management, Engineering, or IT.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to data ownership or system integration.
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools, such as Snowflake and Power BI.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate system developments and integrations.
- Solid business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
- High sense of ownership, capable of delivering quality results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
