Cyber Security Consultant

Requested profile: Seniority Level: Cybersecurity Architect

Location: Brussels-Onsite (5 days a week onsite)

Start date: Beginning of December

Duration of the contract: 3-4 years

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

The externalservice provider will perform the following tasks:

• Architecture,Design, Development and maintenance of ServiceNow based GRC tooling.
• Coordinationand review of deliverables in scrum development.
• Troubleshooting and handlingissue tickets
• Technical requirements analysis and solutiondesigning.
• Support with platformand application upgradesand testing.
• Interaction with cybersecurity leadership, IT teams, and cyber securityexperts following best practices.

1. LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Min 2 years of post-secondary education AND

• 6 years professional experience if education is relevant (in ICT or other related areas, e.g. computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, computer/software engineering, information systems, computer forensics science, etc.)

OR

• 10 years professional experience (from which: 5 in the profile) if education is not relevant

1. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

The following specific knowledge, skills and expertise are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

• Good, open and clear communication, self-starter, proactive, analytical mindset, motivated and committed.
• Expert in GRC ServiceNow module, testing, design, and implementation : hands on experience with large and complex production systems in challenging organizational environment
• Understanding of the Commission environment, culture Commission GRC ServiceNow tooling setup, architecture and design
• Certification : SN certification is a plus
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience with GRC tools
• Ability to deliverefficiently and fast
• Ability to give business and technical presentations
• Ability to apply high qualitystandards
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to participate in technical meetingsand good communication skills
