Fractory is changing how manufacturing works — and we need a creative, bold designer to help us make it intuitive, beautiful, and effortless.

We’ve built an automated on-demand manufacturing platform connecting engineers and manufacturers. Customers can upload their drawings, receive instant quotes, and order parts online — all in minutes, not days.

Now we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer — someone who sees the big picture, owns the details, and keeps our entire design system consistent, user-friendly, and visually sharp. Every design decision you make will shape how engineers and manufacturers collaborate across Europe — turning digital designs into real, physical products faster than ever before.

👀 You
  • Are a well-rounded designer with experience across UX, UI, and marketing design
  • Have 5+ years of experience in digital or product design
  • Think in systems and enjoy maintaining and evolving large interfaces
  • Are fast at ideation and practical in problem-solving
  • Enjoy talking to users, developers, and product managers to make design decisions
  • Have an open, agile mindset, and balance creativity with usability
  • Have a bold, collaborative personality and thrive in team discussions
  • Speak and write excellent English
🛠 What you’ll do

You’ll be at the heart of our product team, ensuring every screen, flow, and interaction looks and feels right.
Expect a mix of creative freedom and ownership from defining new features to refining existing user experiences.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Designing and refining interfaces for web and platform features
  • Maintaining and improving our design system
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, account managers and developers to ship great designs fast
  • Running user interviews and feedback sessions to validate ideas
  • Turning complex engineering workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
  • Supporting marketing and sales design needs visuals for campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and other materials that align with Fractory’s brand.
  • Balancing speed and quality in an agile environment

📅 Hiring process (simple & respectful)
  1. 30-minute intro call with our recruiter
  2. 1 hour deep dive call with Rein (Co-Founder/CTO)
  3. Tallinn or Tartu office meet-up, presentation (we send you a home assignment before) and team meet-up (1.5h) 
  4. Final 30-minute call with leadership

    We aim to keep the full process smooth and respectful of your time, expect 2–3 weeks from first chat to offer.
