We're hiring driven part-time Sales Development Representatives to join our sales team in Helsinki!
You’ll be at the frontline of our growth driving outbound sales and connecting with some of the biggest names in finance globally. From private equity firms to investment banks and venture capital funds, you’ll be the one opening doors, sparking conversations with senior decision-makers, and setting up high-value meetings for our Account Executives.
We want this to be your last SDR role. You’ll gain first-hand insight into the worlds of finance, M&A, private equity, and venture capital that you simply can’t get anywhere else. It’s the perfect launchpad for an ambitious career in high finance or strategic sales.

Who we’re looking for
- A strong communicator who can confidently engage with decision-makers
- Interest in fintech, private equity, venture capital or investment banking - perfect for a student studying business, finance or similar field
- Native-level English, spoken and written, other languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work with global time zones (especially afternoons and evenings)
- A goal-oriented team-player who loves hitting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to bounce back from every ‘no’ and channel your energy toward the next yes
- No prior experience required - we are looking for potential and the right attitude
- Outbound prospecting – Identifying and reaching out to our global ICP clients
- Engaging with senior decision-makers – Building relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Booking high-value meetings – Using mainly email, and LinkedIn to open doors and create new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the other SDRs and wider sales & growth teams!
