About This Opportunity

Have you ever wondered how your mobile app messages reach their destination? Your phone connects to the cell tower and then what? This is where the Transport Network comes into play. We are developing a cloud-native transport network automation product that uses AI and machine learning to provide advanced analytics and automation for IP, microwave, and optical fronthaul networks.

We are seeking a Software Developer Trainee who is eager to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals. You’ll join a passionate team that consistently delivers results and is dedicated to making communication accessible for everyone.

What will you do?

In this role you have an opportunity to design, test, deploy and maintain solutions that will contribute to our product. You are confident in your technical skills and ready to tackle challenges together with your agile team. We believe you have a curious mind for learning and trying out new things, as well as, finding creative solutions. You have a passion for your work and always try to do things better.

This is a full-time summer internship starting in April or May 2026, depending on your availability. You will be working in a hybrid setup, combining office days in Jorvas, Finland, with remote working days.

You will bring

  • Minimum two years of ongoing BSc studies in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Security and Cloud Computing, or related technical field.
  • Good programming skills with at least one language (one of the following is ideal but can be learned during the internship: Golang, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python)
  • Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, and software design principles
  • Initiative and enthusiasm for self-improvement, continuous learning, and professional development.
