About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our growing Artificial Intelligence team in France. As part of our innovation and R&D efforts, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that power intelligent products, optimize business operations, and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Work closely with data scientists to transform prototypes into production-grade solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines and APIs for inference and model serving.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Research) to deliver AI features.
• Stay up to date with the latest advances in AI, ML frameworks, and model optimisation techniques.
• Monitor and improve model performance, robustness, and explainability.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in data processing frameworks (Pandas, Spark, SQL).
• Solid understanding of model deployment, MLOps, and CI/CD principles.
• Working proficiency in English; French is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision projects.
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation).
• Exposure to Generative AI (e.g., GPT, diffusion models).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects are a plus.
