The SystemsMessaging Engineer will have the following missions within an international scope

To ensure the implementation and maintenance in operational condition of the technical infrastructure (servers, Microsoft OS, backups within their scope, infrastructure services, monitoring infrastructure) while respecting service quality commitments,

To provide expertise in these technical areas for both projects production support,

To proactively manage changes within their scope.

All missions must be carried out in compliance with best practices and requirements.

The SystemsMessaging Engineer- Ensures the operational maintenance of the teams scope,

Provides Level 3 support for a production service with on-site presence from 800 AM to 700 PM and 247 on-call availability,- Creates and maintains up-to date technical documentation for their area of expertise (Exchange)

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 yearsEssential Technical Skills (know-how, software)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
• Expertise in Exchange 2016SE on
• -premises
• Experience with migrations Exchange On-Premise to Exchange Online (direct or blob migration)
• Knowledge of Veritas Enterprise Vault
• Knowledge of IT production
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and concepts
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good level of English for working in an international
