In your role as Junior Business Development Analyst (m/f/d), you will analyse and optimize business processes using data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities. Afterwards, support implementation to ensure efficient adoption across teams.

Job Description

• Analyze and map current processes to identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements through both automation and process changes to enhance overall performance.
• Support the implementation of solutions across business units, ensuring smooth rollouts, proper adoption, and alignment with business objectives.
• Enable stakeholders through clear communication and training, ensuring they fully understand new processes, apply them correctly, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and reports that surface key insights, enabling teams to track progress and adjust course as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of experience in management consulting or high-growth startup
• Strong analytical skills (SQL knowledge is mandatory) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose both processual and automation-based solutions.
• You can work proactively and independently, always looking for opportunities to take initiative and improve existing processes.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
