The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our delivery team on a major data centre build in Berlin. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, managing, and monitoring the project programme throughout its lifecycle — ensuring that milestones, budgets, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software
- Track project progress, identify variances, and provide proactive mitigation strategies
- Work closely with project management, design, and engineering teams to align schedules with construction sequencing
- Support tender and pre-construction planning activities
- Produce progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client review
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to risk analysis, forecasting, and resource allocation planning
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler on large-scale construction projects (data centre or industrial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project sequencing
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English; German language skills advantageous
- Eligible to work in the EU
