Join a leading global technology company in the payments space, enabling a secure and inclusive digital economy. We are seeking Site Reliability Engineers to drive operational excellence, platform reliability, and automation initiatives across our Gateway products.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and secure, while collaborating with global teams to enhance production readiness and operational resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full service lifecycle from design and deployment to operations and continuous improvement.

• Ensure operational readiness, system availability, performance, and monitoring.

• Lead incident management, blameless postmortems, and optimize MTTR.

• Build and maintain automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and operational tooling.

• Drive compliance, risk management, and reliability engineering initiatives for distributed systems.

About You:

• 5+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or operational engineering roles.

• Strong experience with NGINX, gRPC, AWS, and DevOps tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Git, XLR.

• Knowledge of security, certificate management, TLS/SSL, and ITSM processes.

• Networking and systems expertise: TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls, OS-level troubleshooting.

• Excellent communicator with ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across global teams.
