Cyber Security Specialist

Role Description:

We are looking for a Developer to maintain our NetIQ NAM legacy system and facilitate its migration to Okta. The role includes various tasks such as connecting applications to Okta, assisting in decommissioning the NAM system, and supporting the product architect and Product Owner (PO) in implementing the product backlog.

• Maintain the NetIQ NAM legacy system (on-prem) to ensure security.
• Remove applications with external access and migrate them to Okta if possible.
• Organize and plan for the applications still on NAM, with the goal of decomissioning NAM in the near future.
• Connect applications to Okta using techniques like SAML, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Support the product architect by refining and implementing enablers for the features on our product backlog.
• Actively participate in Scrum events.
• Assist the PO in realizing designed capabilities and functionalities according to the specifications.

Experience (Years):

• 6-8 years

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with AM (Access Management) tooling.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern protocols such as SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of NetIQ Access Manager or experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java, and reverse proxy setups.
• Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with application migrations and onboardings for IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and access management processes.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks.
