Are you a seasoned UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences? Join a leading consultancy supporting government digital services across Ireland, helping deliver elegant, user-focused solutions for both web and mobile platforms.
About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll lead end-to-end design initiatives, ensuring that digital products are accessible, engaging, and aligned with design governance standards. This is a senior role offering the chance to shape user experiences that make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain design governance and guidelines across projects.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and proofs of concept for web and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver optimal UX solutions.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and align with government design standards.
- Provide UX leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
About You:
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in public or large private sector environments.
- Strong expertise in user research, content design, and prototyping tools.
- Skilled in HTML, XML, XHTML, HTML5, and responsive design frameworks.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work onsite in Celbridge at least 2 days per week.
