About the Role:

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll lead end-to-end design initiatives, ensuring that digital products are accessible, engaging, and aligned with design governance standards. This is a senior role offering the chance to shape user experiences that make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain design governance and guidelines across projects.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and proofs of concept for web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver optimal UX solutions.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and align with government design standards.
• Provide UX leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

About You:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in public or large private sector environments.
• Strong expertise in user research, content design, and prototyping tools.
• Skilled in HTML, XML, XHTML, HTML5, and responsive design frameworks.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work onsite in Celbridge at least 2 days per week.
