HR Generalist – Recruitment and Engagement

Our client, a highly regulated financial services firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Talent professional to join their HR team.
You’ll partner across the business to manage recruitment, employee engagement, performance, and talent initiatives — helping to create a positive and high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee engagement, DE&I, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist with performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure HR policies are applied consistently.
- Contribute to compensation, benefits, and HR reporting cycles.
- Partner with managers and the wider HR team on projects that drive culture, growth, and retention.
Requirements:
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD qualification (or working towards) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ HR Generalist experience, pre-dominantly focused on recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment is essential.
