A fantastic opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of a long standing employee in this highly complex, large, customer focused organisation. It's the only way people leave the company due to the fantastic culture, investment in their people and development opportunities. This is a highly diverse role with responsibility across the organisation and impact to every division. Therefore it is essential that you have an impressive track record of capability across security, leadership, compliance, systems, EHS, logistics, training, stakeholder and contract management.
On a day to day basis you will lead the operations in a hands on and practical way in each of these areas, while impacting on the strategic leadership of the function.
It is essential you have no less than 10 years in a Security/Policing/Defence role where you have risen through the ranks to develop outstanding Leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills to be able to lead the security operations of one of the most complex organisations in Dublin. Ideally you will have also gained experience in Transport, or logistics as well.
