What You Can Expect From Us...

• Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end
• Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability
• Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflows
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives
• Assume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platform
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from conception to deployment and beyond
  
  

What We Would Expect From You...

• Strong frontend expertise with technologies such as AngularJS, VueJS, or SolidJS
• Backend proficiency with Java and Node.js (Express), plus experience in SQL and NoSQL (preferably MongoDB)
• Experience with search and analytics engines, such as OpenSearch or ElasticSearch
• Skilled in designing scalable, distributed systems with high availability and a DevOps mindset
• Collaborative and adaptable, with experience in agile environments and remote team coordination, passion for solving complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills in English
