What You Can Expect From Us...
- Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end
- Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives
- Assume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from conception to deployment and beyond
- Strong frontend expertise with technologies such as AngularJS, VueJS, or SolidJS
- Backend proficiency with Java and Node.js (Express), plus experience in SQL and NoSQL (preferably MongoDB)
- Experience with search and analytics engines, such as OpenSearch or ElasticSearch
- Skilled in designing scalable, distributed systems with high availability and a DevOps mindset
- Collaborative and adaptable, with experience in agile environments and remote team coordination, passion for solving complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills in English
