Job Description
Join our team as a Business Analyst IT - Expert in SQL & Sap
You will be part of an international transformation program, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to design and deliver scalable Finance IT solutions, hybrid in Milan once at month.
This position involves coordinating technical and functional aspects of the Finance domain, ensuring that SAP Central Finance and internal ERP environments are fully integrated and aligned with business strategies.
Your missions
- Understand and analyze business and financial needs to define functional and technical requirements.
- Drive and support the SAP Central Finance OR SAP FICO solution design, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and IT Product Managers to ensure proposed designs are implemented effectively.
- Lead and support Business Analysts throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure consistency and delivery excellence.
- Support the Project Manager in prioritization, cost management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure the integration between SAP Central Finance OR SAP FICO and internal ERP systems (e.g., SAP or legacy environments) operates smoothly, supporting reporting, forecasting, and accounting processes.
- Academic background: Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance IT projects, ideally within SAP environments.
- Expertise in SAP Central Finance (FICO) – mandatory.
- Experience in system integration and data flow between multiple ERP environments, mandatory.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural contexts.
- Certifications in PMP, Prince2, Agile or Scrum are a strong plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
