We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. You’ll lead a team of front-end developers, define our architecture, write critical back-end code, and shape how our engineering team works and grows. We don’t just need your hands on the keyboard - we want your brain in the room.

What you’ll do

✔️ Lead high-performance front-end development and build scalable, fast e-commerce experiences using React / Next.js, TypeScript, and Styled Components.

✔️ Design and implement the back-end architecture using Node.js. Work with databases and third-party integrations (payments, auth, analytics, etc.) to support new features.

✔️ Shape the architecture (front-end & back-end). Make key technical decisions, define patterns and best practices, and guide implementation across the stack.

✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with front-end engineers, marketers, and UX designers to launch features that boost engagement and conversions.

✔️ Lead & mentor. Delegate work effectively, support other developers, and help raise the overall technical bar through reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

✔️ Continuously improve. Look for opportunities to improve code quality, testing strategy, development workflows, and overall engineering productivity.

What we expect from you

✔️ Have demonstrated hands-on experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and advanced state management libraries.

✔️ Solid knowledge in writing and maintaining front-end tests, with an emphasis on maintainable and scalable architecture.

✔️ A leadership-oriented mindset - you proactively set the direction and understand when to delegate tasks or dig into details.

✔️ Strong accountability - you see projects through from the design phase to deployment.

✔️ A maker’s mindset: you prototype, test, and ship. Fast. Responsible but independent - you know when to move quickly and when to slow down for quality.

Bonus: Experience with e-commerce platforms, automation frameworks, or end-to-end testing tools would be advantageous.

✔️We offer a Salary of €3,700 - €5,000 per month, net. + bonuses (based on performance)
