Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

Team's Purpose

The Go-To-Market (GTM) team drives Ace Waves growth by shaping how our product reaches and wins the market. Sitting between product, AI automation, sales, and marketing, they build repeatable outreach engines, open new revenue channels, and use market insight for competitive product execution.


Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.


As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders - the GTM culture is founders-led.


What You’ll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - research, identify, and connect with high-impact prospects that move the needle
  • Craft hyper-personalized outreach that resonates with executive decision-makers and drives meaningful engagement
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders, building trust and opening paths to strategic opportunities
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and HubSpot expertise to optimize workflows and maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the GTM team to refine messaging, scale successful campaigns, and celebrate shared wins


Examples of Work in This Role

  • Source and engage high-potential accounts using research and signal-driven personalization across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with AEs and founding team to craft outreach strategies tailored to target industries and decision-maker personas
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging to improve response and meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates


What We Expect You to Bring

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+ level) — articulate, confident, and persuasive in both written and spoken form
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Sales Development, with a proven ability to break into tough, high-value accounts
  • Fluency in modern sales technology
  • High-energy communication with a consultative edge, ability to tailor every conversation to a prospect’s unique challenges and goals
  • Curiosity to understand fast-evolving industries and uncover emerging opportunities
  • Measurable impact, consistently meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline creation targets in previous roles


Even Better

  • Experience selling to CxO’s and other top management personas within mid-market or enterprise organizations
  • Proven success in early-stage or high-growth environments, contributing to playbook creation and GTM iteration
  • Proven confidence and skill in cold and warm calling, consistently converting calls into qualified meetings and opportunities


Compensation

€30,000–€40,000 gross annual + additional bonuses, directly tied to your sales performance and achievement of set targets.
