- Gross salary. 4410 - 7050 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
- Support the Chief Information Security Officer in shaping and executing the organization’s overall security strategy and vision;
- Lead daily Chief Information Security Office (CISO) team operations, act as a Team Lead;
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and audits, such as, NIST, DORA, EBA and local regulatory bodies;
- Lead and drive security projects and initiatives to protect the organization’s critical assets, including risk assessments, threat intelligence, and incident response;
- Perform regular risk assessments and develop risk management programs to address security gaps and new threats;
- Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer, executive team, and department heads to align security strategies with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science or related field;
- 5–8 years’ experience in information security management in regulated environments;
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role;
- Experience in working in 2nd Line of Defense and/or controlling functions;
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills;
- Experience in working with senior leadership and regulatory bodies;
- Solid knowledge of frameworks and regulatory requirements related to Information Security Topics;
- Excellent communication, independence, and ethical standards;
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
