Meet The Team
Responsible for managing product data flow for Dexcom’s international distributors and direct-to-consumer businesses. Supports continuous improvement initiatives across international sales offices to enhance operational efficiency.
The team addresses issues and opportunities with speed and effectiveness, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving capabilities are applied to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across U.S. and international markets is essential to success. Superior organizational skills and self-motivation are critical for maintaining accuracy and driving results in a dynamic environment.
Where You Come In
As a key contributor to Dexcom’s international operations, you will apply your growing professional expertise to support product data flow across distributor and direct-to-consumer channels. You will work under general guidance to resolve moderately complex issues, applying company policies and procedures effectively. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and project execution, contributing to the development of new techniques and standards that enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support product and program managers by updating system settings to enable smooth product releases and change-order transactions.
- Apply general understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) systems to assist in implementing enhancements that support business needs.
- Use knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process to help develop practical solutions for international markets.
- Support ongoing operational price updates feeding into business-critical forecasting cycles, as an integral member of the Pricing Team.
- Participate in process reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives that enhance sales performance and customer experience.
- Assist in sharing best practices and identifying efficiencies across international direct-to-consumer teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with flexibility and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across regions to address business challenges and support operational goals.
- Coordinate pricing adjustments in SFDC for new products and market entries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business processes.
What makes you successful:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com transaction flows and a growing ability to navigate system functionalities.
- Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash process, including product ID management and billing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze various factors and develop practical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and geographies.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the development of new concepts and standards.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; minimum of 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Monthly base salary for this position is from €2.550,00 to €3.150,00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
