Job Description

UAB “Intersurgical” is looking for a Project coordinator to join our thriving medical device manufacturing company, to work within our expanding Technical Department.

Location: Pabrade or Visaginas office (Lithuania).

Job Type

To manage material's projects, coordinate and guide the execution of the related activities;
To liaise with external raw material suppliers and collaborate by organising material trials, providing requested information and giving support as needed to find the most suitable materials;
To organise and participate (on demand) in injection moulding and extrusion trials;
To develop, write and review related documents following established standards and templates;
To read and analyse component’s drawing;
To manage component/product evaluations, data analysis;
To find solutions to problems encountered during the testing independently or in collaboration with other departments;
To learn new skills, adapt to new methodologies and develop an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and the respiratory device industry;
To compile relevant regulatory documentation in accordance with ISO standards/medical regulations and supporting transfer to production, with post market support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Chemistry / Engineering / Bioengineering / Biomechanics / Physics or similar;
Good English language skills (written and oral), as this is the main working language in the company;
Good computer and MS Office skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.

Ability to function effectively across a number of interrelated departments;
Good level of accuracy and attention to details: it is vital to pay attention to every test result and measurement, noticing when something is not quite right.
Good problem solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications Or Experience

Job experience in chemistry / medical industry / manufacturing / quality area / project coordination (would be a plus);
Awareness of International Standards and Regulations.
