Key Responsibilities
- Understand client communication goals and translate them into research tasks.
- Design questionnaires and coordinate data collection (consumer surveys, campaign evaluations, etc.).
- Analyze quantitative data and turn it into actionable insights on audiences, media behavior, and campaign performance.
- Work with research and analytics tools (Excel, SPSS).
- Create presentations and deliver results to internal teams and clients in a clear and compelling way.
- Manage research projects from start to finish ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Plan and track project timelines, work assignments, and progress to ensure smooth delivery.
- University degree in Sociology, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with consumer or communication-related research is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Confidence working with Excel, SPSS. Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and maintain accuracy.
- Fluency in Lithuania and English (written and spoken).
- Curiosity and motivation to grow into a research expert in the communications field.
