Business analyst - Luxembourg

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst specialised in eFront to join its team.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business users, project managers, and IT teams, ensuring that the eFront platform efficiently supports operational and reporting needs.

The Role:

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and IT for all eFront-related developments and enhancements.
• Analyse, document, and challenge business requirements across private equity, real estate, or fund administration processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
• Participate in the implementation, testing, and deployment of eFront modules and interfaces.
• Support day-to-day eFront users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate new functionalities or system upgrades.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

The Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, ideally within fund administration, asset management, or private equity.
• Proven hands-on experience with eFront FrontInvest (or other eFront modules) is essential.
• Familiarity with alternative investment structures (Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt Funds).
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Fluent in English; French or German is an asset.
