Job Title: Business Analyst – Advisory Services Application
Division: Information Systems and Applications
Location: Hybrid (on-site and remote)
Duration: 01 January 2026 – 10 August 2026
Engagement: Standard B2B (own entity) preferred; payroll engagement can be considered
Objective:
- Provide business analysis services within the Information Systems and Applications Division to support the Advisory Services Application.
- The role involves delivering process analysis, documentation, testing, and user support to ensure successful enhancement and maintenance of the App platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process and functional analysis (As-Is / To-Be) to support business improvements.
- Perform requirements gathering, documentation, and validation with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project and application documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal standards.
- Execute and coordinate testing activities, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
- Provide application support to end-users and facilitate user training sessions.
- Lead data quality improvement initiatives and ensure integrity across systems.
Mandatory Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis for IT projects within large banking environments.
- Proven experience in IT migration/integration projects.
- Expertise in business process review, redesign, and optimization.
- Hands-on involvement in testing IT applications within the financial services domain.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the advisory services lifecycle and related business processes.
- Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and modeling.
- Proficiency with key tools: MS Office Suite, Jira, and SharePoint.
Languages:
- English: C1 (mandatory)
- French: B2 (recommended)
