🧠What You’ll Do

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to lead the design and optimization of user interfaces across our digital ecosystem. The consultant will ensure that all designs meet the latest EU accessibility standards while delivering modern, user-centric experiences.

• Design & Development: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive web and app interfaces aligned with brand identity and customer journeys.
• Accessibility Compliance: Apply certified expertise in EU accessibility standards to guarantee inclusive and compliant designs.
• Prototyping & Collaboration: Work with Figma for design systems, prototyping, and iterative collaboration with development teams.
• User Experience Optimization: Conduct design reviews and propose enhancements to improve usability, accessibility, and conversion.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless design-to-delivery execution.

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer within web and mobile environments.
• Certification or proven expertise in EU accessibility standards.
• Excellent command of Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

📍 Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
