Location: Amstelveen
Start: asap
Worktype: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite, rest remote)
Workhours: 32-40 hours per week
The Impact You Can Make
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Analyst with experience in the public sector? We are looking for someone who can act as a trusted advisor for our clients. Do you have a passion for identifying business requirements and translating them into innovative digital solutions? Then this role is for you!
Your Role
• Analyze and evaluate business processes and systems within the public sector.
• Translate client needs into user stories, functional designs, and innovative solutions.
• Organize and manage requirement backlogs, and share insights through client interaction.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and support developers with clear specifications.
• Create workflow diagrams and process models (BPM/UML).
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a sparring partner.
What We Ask
• Experience as a Business Analyst (preferably within the public sector).
• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information science.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlog refinement).
• Skilled in BPM, UML, and workflow models.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask the right ‘why’ questions.
• Knowledge of or affinity with Business/Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF/Archimate) is a plus.
• You are fluent in Dutch (must) and also speak English.
