We’re looking for a Product Manager Service Solutions to shape and grow our service portfolio. Instead of physical products, you’ll focus on value-added services such as maintenance programs and consultancy offerings. This new role strengthens our commitment to service-driven customer value.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the service strategy.
- Manage and improve the marketing mix for current offerings.
- Monitor service performance and drive corrective actions.
- Create new services based on customer needs and insights.
- Work closely with Sales, Service and Marketing to enhance customer satisfaction and service adoption.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in services or consultancy in an international setting, ideally in MedTech, medical devices, life sciences or automotive.
- Experience with intangible offerings like maintenance or consultancy services.
- Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
- Pathology knowledge is helpful but not required.
