Introduction ‎

As part of our global ERP team, we are seeking a driven and energetic ERP Project Manager to lead our project within the SAP domain. In this role, you will coordinate (mid-sized) ERP projects ensuring alignment between business and IT. You combine a hands-on mindset with strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable switching between project coordination, operational follow-up, and day-to-day office tasks. The ERP Project Manager will report into the Team Manager ERP.‎

What you'll be doing:

• Support and / or lead (sub)projects (initiation till delivery) within the SAP domain; ‎implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. Project examples may include ECC to S4 ‎conversion, EWM implementation, Fiori implementation and general (process) improvement ‎projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources (IT and none IT)‎
• Alignment of resources and plans in coordination with other project managers
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, consultants, and developers
• Monitor and manage project progress and identify risks, issues, and opportunities for ‎improvement
• Plan, prepare and facilitate workshops, meetings, testing- and training sessions
• Plan, prepare and facilitate Steering Committee meetings
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are up to date

Your profile

• ‎Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, combined with hands-on project experience (2-5 years), preferably in the SAP domain
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Stakeholder management; work with, and align with internal- (IT and none IT) and external teams ‎‎(such as external consultants)‎
• Experience in working with distributed teams and international stakeholders is a ‎plus
• Fluent in English. German is a plus
• Willingness to travel a few days per month between our sites
