Role Overview

The (Senior) Manager / Principal acts as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

This person oversees high-impact data initiatives, ensuring that projects deliver measurable results while building long-term value for the client.

Candidate Profile

→ Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Physics.

→ Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions.

→ Strong business acumen — the ability to translate business objectives into measurable data outcomes.

→ Solid understanding of key data concepts, architectures, and technologies.

→ Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.

→ Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Dutch is an advantage).
