What skills do you need to have?

• At least 3 years' experience in the role.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Proven track record of agile implementation in different contexts.
• Experience in agile projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Analyzing processes and implementing agile strategies.
• Conducting workshops and training teams and managers.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and the use of metrics.
• Supporting teams in managing resources and deliveries.
• Holding meetings to monitor projects and solve problems.
