Product Manager Lead | Lisbon or Porto

Join Portugal’s largest credit card issuer, soon to operate as a licensed digital bank! We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead and mentor a team of Product Owners shaping the next generation of financial products.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners across cards, loans, and internal platforms.
• Serve as the go-to expert on product functionality, business value, and operational impact.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects to co-design smart, scalable solutions.
• Support agile, outcome-driven product development without enforcing rigid processes.
• Translate business strategy into clear, buildable product direction.
• Take ownership and make a visible impact on the company’s products.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Solid experience with banking/financial products (cards, loans, payments, etc.).
• Technical fluency and experience in agile product environments.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Energetic, resilient, and goal-oriented.
