YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager join our teams in Lisbon.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

  • Contribute to the development of the cybersecurity services business across all sectors and identify business opportunities;
  • Advocate and promote the cybersecurity service, both internally, within our extended network of colleagues, and to our clients and the wider market;
  • Contribute to the creation of proposals and marketing material.
  • Deliver and manage projects on time and within budget;
  • Contribute to the development of the cybersecurity team by acting as a mentor and trainer to younger team members, leading by example.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT sector, with solid technical knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud security services and operations security;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large security projects with risk management, SOC leadership, IT compliance, information security assessments, security project management;
  • Experience in preparing proposals with technical and financial expertise;
  • Advanced knowledge of risk management with experience in conducting and/or participating in technical assessments such as (SOC2, ISO27001, ISO22301);
  • Ability to create and present security solutions and conduct technical meetings directly with the client;
  • CISSP, CISA or CEH certifications or equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of spoken and written English;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Experience in providing services to clients and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
