We are looking for a Business Analyst!

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Job description:

• Define high-quality technical solutions aligned with bank architectural standards and current technology constraints.
• Explore and implement new technologies to enhance product offerings and provide a competitive edge.
• Seek simplification and rationalization of business, systems, and processes to improve straight-through processing.
• Support the development of a new platform while maintaining the integrity of existing production processes.
• Participate in all development stages, including high-level design, estimation, detailed design, development management, unit testing, and delivery.
• Lead topics autonomously or guide offshore developers, providing mentorship and team development.
• Plan resource usage according to assigned budget and timelines.
• Engage with BA/PMs to contribute to analysis tasks and communicate with business sponsors.
• Monitor progress, report updates, and escalate issues to ensure management visibility of risks and challenges.
• Experience in the Banking System
• Proficiency in English
