We are looking for a Data Support Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Our client manages a large portfolio of Data Analytics applications, running in a Cloud mesh framework. Snowflake is one of the pillars, with 75+ SAP system connected, covering several business areas.
- We currently have more than 1000+ Snowflake projects that require maintenance as well as development of new business necessities, therefore we are looking for consulting support to achieve this goal.
- Provide technical first & second-level end-user support for core data and analytics platforms and related business applications.
- Test and accompany implementation of changes in technical processes and the related with Data Analytics applications for several Data Domains (Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Operations, Finance, Sales, etc).
- Single point of contact for end-user requests related to the processes supported.
- Self-reliant coordination of the implementation of processes on new applications in scope.
- Manage and coordinate external partners and communicate with various business stakeholders for the successful completion of projects and solutions changes.
- Preparation and publication of end-user training documentation as well as conducting training activities.
- Creating content for official communication channels and social media.
- SharePoint pages: Design & Continuous Improvement on pages.
- Creation of domain concept: From project to domain communication.
- Monthly Newsletters & Viva Engage: To keep the community informed and connected.
Requirements:
- Work experience in end-user support in an international environment required.
- At ease with standard Microsoft Office© solutions.
- Business Value and Customer focused, as well as goal-oriented professional with innovative thinking and attention to detail and a team player.
- Experience or basic knowledge on SQL and/or MS Fabric & PowerBI will be valued.
- Consultants to be assigned to the service by the provider should have advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, especially in a customer facing role.
- Fluency in english.
