As a Data Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions while converting raw data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders including Financial Partners, Heads of Business, and Product Managers to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
Your missions
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate data from the Ivalua S2P tool and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across General Services operations, and proactively addressing inconsistencies.
- Reporting and Insights: Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights, collaborate with teams to define key metrics, and generate ad-hoc reports for strategic decisions, cost optimization, and performance tracking.
- Process Improvement: Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements, support automation initiatives for department efficiency, and contribute to implementing best practices for data management and reporting.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between General Services and IT/Data teams, train team members on data tools (e.g., Ivalua, Power BI) to promote self-service analytics, and provide leadership with insights for strategy planning and project evaluation.
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with S2P tools (e.g., Ivalua, Coupa) and Power BI for dashboards/reports.
- Strong knowledge of data management and SQL for database queries.
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement, office management, or fleet processes.
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
- An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities
- An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities
- A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules
- A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)
- Strong commitments to CSR notably through participation in our WeCare Together program
- Short phone call with our talent acquisition team to discuss your ambitions and how they align with Mantu's mission.
- First interview with your future manager or director. In this interview you will know more about your role, your mission, the challenges, and the skills we value.
- Second interview with a senior leader or your future teammates. This is the time to share what you've discovered about us and how thrilled you are to join us and how well we fit with your expectation.
- Third interview with the department director. If we are a perfect match, this interview might just end with a job offer. The recruitment process may vary depending on the candidate's profile.
