Business Analyst Focus

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions, ensuring all user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and include clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business and user data to provide insights that support decision-making and feature prioritization.
• Translate complex business needs into structured, testable user stories in JIRA, aligned with product goals and strategy.
• Partner with UX, Developers, and Product Analysts to prepare features for delivery, ensuring high business and user value.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or hybrid Agile practitioner.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise user stories and effectively lead backlog refinement.
• Skilled in facilitating discussions, driving consensus, and leading through influence.
• Familiarity with data-driven product environments and reporting/analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, BI tools).
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or BCS Business Analysis).
• Knowledge of data pipelines, AI/ML products, or experience supporting UX/UI teams is advantageous.
