Within Our International Customer Service & Supply Chain Team Of Our Watches Business Unit Based In Neuchatel, We Are Looking For An
After-Sales Services Commercial Excellence Project Manager
Reporting to the After-Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager, you ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications. Within this scope, you act as the key liaison for all Watch Business Unit policies.
Creation and Benchmarking of After-Sales Offer
In this role, you define and implement commercial policies aligned with market dynamics. You analyze pricing and service positioning, manage base price rules for spare parts and services, and ensure the profitability of repair and distribution activities.
Working closely with Finance, you guarantee the consistency of global sales and margin flows and coordinate the deployment of worldwide pricing structures.
You also oversee the annual update of pricing rules and contribute to the automation of price management processes.
Management of AFSS Commercial Policies
In collaboration with the Commercial, Legal, and After-Sales teams, you create and maintain commercial policies, ensuring coherence across all markets. You participate to the update the AFSS section of Bulgari’s website and develop communication tools to promote and explain the brand’s services enhancing transparency and customer acceptance rates.
Your Background
You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field, and have gained initial professional experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Finance. Fluent in English and French, you have had ideally a previous experience in After-Sales Service sector with SAP. You have great skills in project management.
Passionate about the Watch Industry, you are a collaborative, positive team player, with excellent relationship-building skills across departments and markets.
You combine analytical skills with strategic thinking and rigor, thriving in dynamic and evolving contexts. Autonomous and result-oriented, you know how to design and execute action plans effectively. Proactive and solution-driven, you take initiative and drive improvements with enthusiasm.
