About you:

You’re a seasoned backend software developer with a passion for clean, maintainable code and scalable architectures. You’ve been working with C# and .NET for at least 4–5 years, and you feel confident designing and developing modern backend solutions. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and are always looking for ways to improve and learn. You're looking for stability and long-term impact in your next role.

Essential Skills

• 4–5+ years professional experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET (preferably .NET 7+; familiarity with .NET 9 features a plus)
• Strong ASP.NET Core Web API design (validation, error handling, performance considerations)
• Deep proficiency in Entity Framework Core: query shaping, change tracking strategies, batching, concurrency, performance tuning
• Advanced LINQ and asynchronous programming (async streams, cancellation tokens, await using, IDbContextFactory usage)
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: Oracle (legacy integration), PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Cosmos DB
• Solid understanding of object-oriented and clean architectural patterns (layered, DDD-inspired boundaries)
• Experience creating and maintaining backend integration tests
• Strong written and verbal English
• Effective communication inside cross-functional teams
• Interest in a long-term engagement

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure Services (Service Bus, Storage, Containers)
• Familiarity with Event-driven/microservice architecture
• Experience with AI (Copilot)
• Basic Kubernetes & container lifecycle understanding
• Developer certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Azure Developer) are a strong plus
• Participation in the Microsoft Aspire program
