Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Fluency in English
• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Go.
• 5+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Oracle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch.
• Exposure to cybersecurity or intelligence platforms.

As a Senior Backend Engineer with Go, you will contribute to the development of our cloud-native cybersecurity platform. You’ll work on core backend services, improve system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for high-performance cloud environments.
• Extend shared components and monitoring tools.
• Optimize architecture and system reliability.
• Integrate open-source technologies and contribute to community projects.
• Promote Golang development standards and support team growth.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build new features.
• Ensure compliance and performance of open-source dependencies.
• Drive projects from design to deployment.
