Mobile Product Owner

For our client, an important banking institution, we are looking for a Mobile Product Owner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the mobile applications;
• Balance technical, regulatory, and user experience considerations throughout the product lifecycle;
• Continuously improve the mobile applications with launching new features and drive user acquisition;
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders and partner with local and group IT teams as well as cross-functional teams (credit cards, legal, risk and compliance) to develop and improve mobile app that delivers seamless user experience and becomes the go-to mobile banking app for everything ( loyalty, sales, customer service, customer onboarding & products cross-sell, etc.);
• Use data and analytics to monitor app performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making;
• Conduct user and customer research to understand user needs and pain points and continuously improve the product experience;
• Project Management: Managing multiple tasks, timelines, and teams is a significant part of the role. Must be able to organize and oversee complex projects, ensuring that all aspects of product development are completed on time and within budget;
• Monitor competition and perform analysis to identify market opportunities;
• Closely follows current and future trends, technologies and best practices needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in mobile product management (iOS and Android);
• Experience with mobile development processes and analytics tools;
• Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Firebase;
• Nice to have: experience with Credit Cards and Agile way of working;
• Strong analytical skills, a passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional experiences;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams;
• University graduated/Bachelor’s degree;
• Good command of English and Romanian.
