We are seeking a qualified, motivated and enthusiastic individual, to fill in the Product Manager - Medical Division vacancy.



Responsibilities:

  • Management of products according to performance indicators established by the company and market trends
  • Negotiations of the legal contractual terms and conditions with suppliers regarding new products, pricing system and policies
  • Participating in fairs to select and establish a new collection of products
  • Lead Life Cycle Management strategy and initiatives for the assigned portfolio
  • Analysis of trends and of key performance indicators and their following up their implementation
  • Monitoring the product range of the category in relation to the market and managing the pricing, availability and profitability policies
  • Checking the performance of the managed products by analyzing the following indicators - volume, profitability, rotation speed and availability
  • Maintains product roadmap and product backlog using inputs from vendors, current business needs, operational planning, and strategic planning
  • Developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote medical products
  • Leads, plans, coordinates, and executes the application program and associated projects with a clear focus on communication, risk and budget management in a dynamic environment
  • Define a vision and strategy for the product, in support of medical organizational competencies, goals, and initiatives
  • Ensure the product is well maintained, minimizing technical debt, to enable long-term stability of its services
  • Proposals for listing new products in the managed categories considering the market potential of the site
  • Maintaining the relationship with the suppliers - tracking the common turnover, availability of stocks, order operation, negotiation of promotional prices
  • Along with store staff, ensure that the product / collection offer meets the demands
  • Product proposal in catalogs, flyers, communication campaigns and following up their implementation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Business Administration, Economic, IT or in a Technical field
  • At least 3 years of experience on a similar position, Pharma field is a plus
  • Solid Knowledge in Category Management and Marketing
  • Analytical, dynamic person, with good negotiation, planning and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English
