We are looking for an HR Specialist with a strong understanding of labor regulations, great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine passion for the field of Human Resources.
Main Responsibilities:
· Prepare, update, and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, addendums, onboarding forms, and termination notices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
· Work closely with occupational health and safety (SSM) and medical service providers to ensure the company’s full compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employee well-being standards.
· Oversee and coordinate agreements with local agencies or companies involved in hiring non-EU employees, ensuring compliance with both local and international labor and immigration regulations.
· Manage employee registrations and updates in the General Register of Employees (REVISAL).
· Provide support in managing labor relations and resolving workplace conflicts.
· Manage the renewal and extension process of the Collective Labor Agreement in collaboration with employee representatives and the relevant authorities.
· Maintain the relationship with the Labor Inspectorate (ITM) for document submissions and ensure legal compliance of all HR processes.
· Request and track medical leave reimbursements, ensuring that all documentation is submitted in accordance with legal requirements.
· Assist with performance management programs, including scheduling performance reviews and maintaining related records.
· Ensure full compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements for employee data.
· Monitor legislative changes and adjust internal HR procedures accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· University degree (preferably in Law, Human Resources);
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel administration;
· Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR procedures;
· Hands-on experience in working with the Labor Inspectorate (ITM) and managing REVISAL;
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
