Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Lead the conception, planning, and delivery of a CIAM solution that enables a unified, seamless, and secure customer authorization structure across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and describe detailed business and functional requirements (user stories) aligned with project goals.
  • Act as the central communication point — managing stakeholders, steering committees, and status reporting.
  • Consolidate requirements from diferent business units and translate them into a coherent CIAM concept.
  • Define and document data ownership, processes, and legal frameworks.
  • Develop and implement the operating model for ongoing CIAM operations.
  • Work closely with the development team and CIAM IT Service Manager to ensure project alignment and technical feasibility.
  • Oversee project budget, timeline, and resources, and maintain a detailed project roadmap.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle to meet stakeholder expectations.


Requirements for success:

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated success in bridging business and IT requirements in digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital business models and customer-centric solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering business-driven IT projects.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Background in B2B environments such as mechanical engineering, logistics, or production is an advantage.
  • English: Excellent business proficiency (C1 level) required.
