About the Opportunity

Ipsos Digital, part of the Ipsos Group — a global leader in market research — is seeking a Senior Support Executive to join our expanding Data Liberation team.

The team plays a key role in maintaining and improving Ipsos Digital’s online reporting solutions, ensuring our internal users across the world have access to accurate, reliable, and well-structured data. The role will directly support the Head of Client Services and focus on assisting internal Ipsos users with the Data Liberation online reporting system.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, contributing to the efficient delivery of data-driven insights to Ipsos clients. You will help ensure data accuracy, optimize reporting workflows, and act as a trusted partner to teams relying on Data Liberation outputs.

About You

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data in Excel and other reporting formats. You combine technical understanding with clear communication and a strong sense of ownership for the quality of your work.

You enjoy problem-solving, testing systems, and helping colleagues resolve data or reporting issues. You are organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining good collaboration with remote international teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent knowledge of Excel formulas (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH). VBA is not required.

Good grasp of PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of data processing workflows — validation, cleaning, and transformation of survey data for analysis and reporting.

Excellent knowledge of market research data structures such as Grids, multi-coded variables, weights, banners, crosstabs etc.

Familiarity with different data formats: MDD/DDF, SPSS, Triple-S, Excel/CSV.

Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues to resolve technical or data-related queries.

Experience in testing systems to ensure reliability and consistency of outputs.

Desirable but not Essential

Previous experience in or close collaboration with a Data Processing (DP) team.

Understanding of data validation automation or survey data integration.

Familiarity with online reporting tools used in the market research industry.
