Key Responsibilities
- Drive data analytics and business intelligence initiatives focused on regulatory reporting and compliance.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation to a high standard of accuracy and diligence.
- Assess and manage change requests from business units, ensuring smooth execution of updates.
- Execute regular and ad-hoc analyses and reporting to support business and compliance needs.
- Design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor models supporting compliance processes and control executions (when applicable).
- Extensive banking experience with emphasis on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal areas.
- Minimum three years of experience as a data scientist, ideally within project environments.
- Degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in STEM fields, economics, or banking and finance from a university of applied sciences or similar institution.
- Strong skills in database programming (e.g., SQL) and programming (e.g., Python).
- Experience in project management or business analysis is desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
