The role
Stuart is transforming last-mile delivery by connecting businesses to a fleet of geolocated couriers. Our platform offers versatile delivery solutions to some of the biggest brands out there. As we scale our business and tackle new challenges, we're seeking a talented Product Data Analyst to harness the power of data and help shape our products while driving business impact.
Hybrid working model: 3 days/week in our office located in Central Barcelona.
What will I be doing?
- Perform in-depth analyses of product performance and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights.
- Design and execute experiments, analyzing results to guide decision-making and validate hypotheses.
- Define, implement, and monitor key metrics to measure product success and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to empower stakeholders with accessible insights.
- Support cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations) by delivering tailored analyses aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage SQL and Python to process, interpret, and extract value from large datasets.
What do we need from you?
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics, with a track record of delivering impactful insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and prior experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Superset or similar.
- Experience designing experiments and analyzing outcomes to support data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to define and track meaningful metrics for product and business performance.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and able to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
