The role:
You will become a key person in coordinating all office operations.
Your work will directly impact the comfort, efficiency, and overall atmosphere within the team.
This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys organization, works well with people, and is focused on delivering results.
Tasks to solve:
- Run our European offices (Amsterdam and Milan) smoothly, organizing office purchases, manage those orders while ensuring support to our partners in different locations;
- Managing relationships with suppliers of goods and services (handling documentation, quality control, deadline monitoring, etc);
- Assisting in the planning and execution of office events (internal meetings, celebrations, team-building activities);
- Responsible for the equipments deliver communicating constantly with our internal IT team;
- Support to some marketing initiatives;
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, etc.);
- Providing administrative support to employees and management on office-related matters.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams;
- Proficiency in handling basic documentation and working with Excel/Google Sheets;
- A high level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
